Sahwa officer kidnapped in Hawija

Yasin al-Sab'awi, Hawija: Officer Ajmy Khidhir Madid told Kirkuk Now, "The kidnapping of the head of the Hawija forces in Agula village, 8 km north of Hawija, has been confirmed following a four-day search." Madid also identified the kidnapped officer as Hasan Ali Ahmed.  He was abducted while on his way home on April 10, somewhere along his route  between Hawija's city center and the village of San Thuban. Hasan Atiya, chief of Agula village condemned the act and urged security forces to try harder to find him."  Officer Hasan Ali has helped people very much, and tried hard to ensure stability in the region." Sahwa forces are known as the Sons of Iraq. It is a military organization which was established by the Arab tribes in Kirkuk to fight insurgents and ensure stability in Kirkuk. They have eight thousand members.
