A source from Kirkuk Police announced that a bomb blew up near the Law College at 7:50pm, without casualties. Kirkuk witnessed three explosions last week. The first blast was on the 12th of March and wounded 21 people. A second blast caused 49 wounded and one dead. The third blast didn't make any casualties. Kirkuk is the most volatile city in Iraq with different ethnic groups competing its ownership. Since 2003, when the war in Iraq started, the city has witnessed lasting political turmoil between Kurds, Arabs and Turkman.
