KirkukNow After enduring harsh days in Islamic State militants’ captivity, this Ezidi girl is still holding on to a hope that one day their life would return to normal. Sold many times as a sex slave after being taken from her hometown Shingal (Sinjar) along with thousands of her community, she now looks for peace in the company of the pigeons she has been raising since she arrived in an IDP camp.
