Announcement of exam results postponed

Due to ‘technical problems’ the Ministry of Education has postponed announcing the exam results of the secondary and high school level.
The MoE is currently discussing the possibility of a second round of exams for the failed students of the third level at the secondary school level. Dawoud Salman, director of the MoE office told the Iraqi Media Network, “The MoE postponed revealing the results due to some technical problems.” The announcement was due on July 15.
The rate of passing this year is higher than last year according to Salman. The results will be announced on the Education Ministry website. Before the announcement, a press conference will be held.
Shakir Na’ma, director of General Exams and Evaluation in the MoE said, “The results are high and we expect a very good level of passing.”
The timing of the announcement is for the MoE to decide.
