The Humanitarian Affairs Board in Duhok governorate is organizing various training courses for Ezidi women who survived Islamic State brutality and currently live in Duhok IDP camps.
The training courses which continued for 2 months include tailoring skills and illiteracy eradication courses. As many as 150 women and girls took part.
Salim Saeed, head of the board’s media department told (KirkukNow), “The goal of these courses is providing job opportunities for displaced Ezidi women and girls.
At the end of the courses the participants were awarded, while top two graduates were assisted to start their own business.
